What’s new at Shipbubble

If you run your own fleet, you can now track what your riders earn and what they’ve been paid. Switch rider earnings on, set your riders’ rates, and a new Payouts tab lists every payout, which you can filter by date range and export as CSV.

When an automation rule books an order, we now tidy up duplicated or empty parts of the address and look it up within the right state, falling back to the country when needed, so more orders find a courier first time.

Your analytics dashboard has been rebuilt into clear sections, so you can see how your shipping is performing at a glance.

You can also now view just the last seven days.

Each connected store now has its own automation switch, so you can pause automatic booking for one store without changing the rules you’ve set up. Stores that already had automation rules have been left switched on.

The courier defaults page in your settings has also been redesigned, and turning automation on is now a single toggle.

If you’ve set up your own courier rates, addresses now match to your pickup locations more reliably, even when a place is written in different ways. When an address doesn’t match one of your locations exactly, the price comes from the nearest one you’ve set.

If you’ve built on our API, you can now upload an invoice for a shipment directly, using a secure upload link issued for that order. Whether an invoice is needed depends on the destination, and each shipment response now tells you if one is required, whether it’s been submitted, and where to find it.

Kwikpik now appears on quotes for packages up to 50kg, up from 10kg, so you can use it for bulkier orders too.

AAJ Logistics is now available as a delivery option, for domestic deliveries and for international shipments going out. You get live quotes, booking, tracking and waybills, with pickup and delivery estimates based on the zone and service you choose.

Filtering on the logistics shipments table has been reworked, making it quicker to narrow the list down to the shipments you’re looking for.

Shipbubble now offers warehousing. Keep your stock in one of our partner warehouses and we’ll pick, pack and ship your orders for you, handing each one to the courier once it’s ready.

You can track your inventory right in the app. Warehouse stock syncs into your catalogue, your inventory table shows where each item is held, and stock is checked at checkout so an order can’t be placed for more than you have. Order status stays in sync from the warehouse to delivery, and cancellations are passed on automatically.
