What’s new at Shipbubble

When you ship internationally, you can now get the customs duty on a shipment quoted up front and settle it at the point of booking, so your customer isn’t met with a surprise bill at the door. The quote covers the destination country’s duty on the goods you’re sending, in your account currency.

Set a balance threshold on your wallet and we’ll notify you when you drop below it, so a booking never fails because the balance ran out overnight.

Addresses given as a Plus Code now resolve correctly when you book, so deliveries to locations without a conventional street address go through.

Routelift deliveries now return the delivery OTP with the shipment, and Glovo’s delivery PIN appears on the tracking record — so PIN-verified delivery works the same way across more of your couriers.

A different way to send parcels abroad. Instead of an international carrier collecting from your door, a local courier picks up from you and takes your parcel to our Lagos hub, and the international leg runs from there.

Switch Harbor on in your settings and it appears as an option at checkout, for international shipments collected in Lagos. You’ll be notified as your Harbor shipments move.

Add team members to your account and control what each of them can do. Assign roles so your operations staff can book and track shipments without seeing billing, or give a manager full access — whatever fits how you work.

Fez deliveries can now be cancelled directly from Shipbubble, and Fez safe locker delivery appears on quotes where lockers serve the delivery area.

GOB is now one of the platforms you can connect to your Shipbubble account, so orders from your GOB storefront come through for fulfilment like any other connected store.

The Shipbubble WordPress plugin now supports WCFM, so multi-vendor WooCommerce marketplaces can offer Shipbubble rates and book shipments per vendor.

Two new webhook events: one when a waybill is generated, one when a shipment’s SLA changes. If you’ve built on our API, you can react to those milestones as they happen rather than polling for them.
